Universal Declaration

On the human dignity of the person's value is intrinsic each individual, regardless of their social, physical or intellectual or social usefulness, therefore, all people are deserving of respect and should be treated with dignity. We are not objects or animals, often have a price, human beings have dignity. It is unnecessary that the Preamble of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and our Constitution, reference is made to the dignity of the human person as the basis and rationale of all other human rights. About impunity Impunity is an open denial of justice. Fighting impunity in the world of work, is to rescue and place industrial relations in the field of human relations and humanized themselves of a civilized and democratic.

Impunity is evil in itself and gradually engenders among the members of labor collectives in their family and social environments, feelings of frustration, helplessness and hopelessness. People stop believing in people and society. Impunity-inducing fatalistic resignation, the "nothing to do", and the silence of fear. Unfortunately, these feelings have just imposed and many people suggest that in organizations and society itself, is unthinkable peaceful coexistence or reasonable resolution of the inevitable conflicts that arise in any social organization. It is therefore important to require all organizations to establish ways to: a) Develop a culture that respects the rights of individuals as well as control and protection mechanisms for preventing and act upon moral and psychological harassment at work. b) not to cover the bad treaters, devising measures to punish them, so that abuse does not go unpunished.

To do all this only takes the will of the heads of the organizations and brave and continued pressure from the people who compose it. It is an approach that should be done as: public administration, municipalities, unions, political parties, financial institutions, universities, hospitals, schools, etc. It is time for the grand language of the enumeration of the great ethical and moral concepts, to the simple concrete practice.
