Out 457,79 million and 2.890,80 million euros in books were sold in Spain. The biggest concern comes from the 3.2% decline experienced last year the sale of non-university textbooks. Economic recovery in foreign markets has benefited the Spanish publishing sector, which in 2010 exported books amounting to 457,79 million euros, representing 3.5% more than in 2009, a year in which the crisis was left note and produced an abrupt decrease of 19%. All these data originate from the report of the foreign trade of the book for 2010, released by the Spanish Federation of Chambers of the book (FEDECALI).
